- Payment for services is requested on the day
- An account fee of $20 (CS Cards $10) applies if services are not paid in full on the day
- This fee is waived if payment is made in full within 7 days
- A pre-payment is required for first visits; outstanding accounts; and some pre-orders
- Please make online payments to 03 0802 0175929 00 and include your name & date of birth
- Weekly automatic payments are also acceptable ($10 minimum)
- You can also pay by credit card by calling reception on 03-3791112
- Please email accounts@promed.health.nz if you are have any queries or financial difficulties.
Patients with outstanding accounts:
- Will have their ManageMyHealth account put on hold
- Will only have access to emergency medical treatment
- May need referral to a collection agency with additional fees
- May have their enrolment terminated
