The following fees are for enrolled patients with payment on the day:

Standard Consultations
- These are 10 minute doctor consultations
- It includes ACC, phone & follow-up consultations
- It does not include travel consultations ($100) and driving licence medicals ($100)
Extended Consultations
- The above surcharges apply for each additional 10 minutes
- Community Service Card (CSC) discounts do not apply
Email Consultations
- $35 (CSC $10) per 5 minutes if 14+ years
Non-Attendance
- This fee is waived when at least 3 hours notice is given by phone
- Doctor $40 ($19.50 CSC) or $50 for all patients on Saturdays
- Nurse $20 ($10 CSC) or $25 for all patients on Saturdays
New Patient Consultations
- A pre-paid double consultation is required for your first visit ($130 / CSC $84.50)
Free Consultations
- Pregnancy-related
- ACC wound reviews following your first visit at ProMed

- This includes nurse services, medical procedures, vaccinations, medicals etc.
