• An account fee of $20 (CS Cards $10) applies when services are not paid in full on the day
• This fee is waived if full payment is made within 7 days
• A pre-payment is required for first visits; outstanding accounts; and some pre-orders
• Please go to myinidici > account to make an online payment
• Otherwise you can make online payments to 03 0802 0175929 00 and include your name & date of birth
• Weekly automatic payments are also acceptable ($10 minimum)
• You can also pay by credit card (1% fee) by calling reception on 03-3791112
• Please email accounts@promed.health.nz if you have any queries or financial difficulties.

Patients with outstanding accounts:

• Will only have access to emergency medical treatment
• May have their myindici account suspended
• May need referral to a collection agency with additional fees
• May have their enrolment terminated
